YCAN strengthens local organizations working with low-income households across Park, Hot Springs, and Teton Counties. We work through your agency — not around it.
YCAN is not a direct service provider. We work through trusted local partners to reach the households they already serve.
Conducts intake and case management, assesses household needs, screens for available resources, and determines whether a referral to YCAN is appropriate. You remain the household’s primary point of contact throughout.
Reviews referrals, determines eligibility, approves assistance, and pays vendors directly on behalf of eligible households. We support your work — we do not replace your relationship with the people you serve.

Park County
YCAN is currently working with the Park County Court Supervised Treatment Program, Active in Recovery, and other certified treatment centers in Park County to support individuals engaged in recovery. This partnership helps remove barriers — housing, transportation, childcare — so people can stay connected to treatment and make lasting progress.
To access YCAN recovery support, individuals must be actively enrolled in the Court Supervised Treatment Program or another certified treatment center in Park County.
Teton County
YCAN is seeking a Teton County board member from the Community or Private Sector. Tripartite board representation ensures our programs reflect local needs and priorities.
